service operating in Charleston, South Carolina. This policy explains

WHAT WE COLLECT
When you contact us or book a service, we may collect:

- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your vehicle details (year, make, model, size)
- The service address where we will detail your vehicle
- Any notes you choose to send us about your vehicle
When you visit our website, we also automatically receive standard
technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device
type, and which pages you viewed.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We use a small number of outside services to operate. Each one receives
only what it needs:
- Square — booking and payment processing
- Formspree — delivers our website request form to our inbox
- Google — website analytics and advertising measurement
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising measurement and lead
forms submitted inside our ads
Each of these companies handles your data under its own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
COOKIES AND ADVERTISING
Our website uses the Google tag and the Meta Pixel. These place cookies
on your device so we can measure which ads lead to enquiries and show
our ads to people who have visited our site.
You can control or block cookies in your browser settings. You can also
adjust advertising preferences directly with Google at
myadcenter.google.com and with Meta in your Facebook or Instagram ad
settings.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep customer and enquiry records for as long as needed to provide
the service and keep ordinary business records, and then delete them.
YOUR CHOICES
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you

CHILDREN
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect
